NETWORK TERMINATION 1 (SM NT1A BRA)

The Network Termination-1 (NT-1) unit is meant for ISDN basic rate access. It represents the link between the exchange side (U-Interface) and the subscriber side (S- Interface). The U-Interface establishes the direct link between the exchange and the terminal over two copper wires. The digital bits are transmitted at the rate of 160 Kbit/s, providing two 64 Kbps channels (voice or data).

The SM - NT1A BRA is Type Approved from TEC. Inbuilt power supply source keeps powers feeding to all the 8 terminals connected with NT-1, eliminating the need of external power supply source.
