| Col S.D Maini (Rtd) Chairman Emeritus Col.S.D.Maini is the co-founder of S M Creative Electronics Ltd in 1992, along with Sanjay Trehan.
He was commissioned in the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (EME), Indian Army in 1950. Later, he joined Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), the premier defense electronics company in India and he was instrumental in setting up Ghaziabad, Panchkula, and Kotdwar Plants of BEL and retired from BEL in 1985 as Executive Director (Northern Units).
He actively takes part in product design, development & engineering activities and quality assurance. | | 
| Sanjay Trehan Managing Director Sanjay Trehan did his B Com (Honours) from Delhi University followed by MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
He worked in different divisions of an Indian Company-Mekaster-before founding S M Creative Electronics Ltd with Col S D Maini.
He has 26years experience in Telecom Industry with a through knowledge on the rapidly growing India Telecom segment from fixed line to wireless and Submarine cable network. He nurtured the company from a single product to multi-product, multi-industry servicing company in the last 17 years.
Diversified business units of Strategic Electronics & Power Technology Group from the core activity of company are his creations, as a long term vision on indigenous development of products in Telecom & Power Conversion with dedicated & professionally qualified Engineers to assist. | | 
| Brig.R.Mohan (Rtd) Director A telecom graduate with vast experience in Telecom Industry and Operations. After a long rewarding tenure in the Indian Army (Corps of Signals), took charge of Alcatel Operations in India and retired as President-Alcatel India.
He joined SMCEL in 1996 and has been engaged in all its business operations. | | 
| Dipankar Sen Director Dipankar, an Engineering graduate with 18 years stay in Alcatel and left as Director having led various divisions like Space, Defence, Microwave Radio, Switching & Transmission divisions and he led these in different years.
Later, he joined as Managing Director of Marconi India Telecom Ltd and established the company from startup down to factory and Network Engineering along with 24 hours TAC centre catering to the whole country.
Then 2 years in Ericsson India as Director, integrating the erstwhile Marconi operations into the Ericsson India. He joined SMCEL in 2007 and he looks after business development activities of various divisions. |
